We are confident in the quality of our products and many items are covered by warranties. Please pay attention to the warranty mark in the product description.
Good to know: if you are not satisfied with an item purchased online from Phyllis, we will gladly accept return items for full credit within 30 days of delivery.（15 days for Non-registered members）
Please contact us at Email: [email protected]（For customer consultation）to initiate your return request. Refunds will be given in your original form of payment and applied when the returned product arrives at Phyllis.
Please keep in mind that furniture is vulnerable to damage during shipping. For this reason, it's important that you please keep and use the original packaging materials for any items you wish to return.

Free replacement parts
（Damaged accessories need to be photographed or video provided to our company, we will use air freight to deliver to you free of charge and will be delivered within 7-10 days. Detachable parts only provide free replacement parts and no return service.）
